They create and verify their account
The invitation carries the referral connection into registration. They still complete normal email verification.

You confirm the referral
Your dashboard shows a confirmation prompt. Confirm only people you actually invited and know should be connected to you.

Your progress updates
The connected-family count updates immediately and MonkeeBooks tells you how many more referrals remain before the next seller-fee discount.
